Faire un lien vers un fichier (texte, image, ou autre) respecte le copyright et ne nécessite aucune autorisation, ce qui est bien normal : vouloir interdire que l'on fasse un lien vers une information publique serait en fait vouloir interdire à certaines personnes de s'exprimer sur un sujet public ! Jean-Pierre PETIT confirme cela sur la page d'accueil de son site où l'on peut lire : 14 septembre 2002 : L'auteur-gestionnaire de ce site autorise les gens gérant d'autres sites d'y installer des liens pointant vers ses propres fichiers. (Note : il ne peut de toute façon pas interdire ce qui est légalement autorisé...) |
Making a link to a file (text, image, or else) do respect the copyright and you do not need any authorization, which is completely logical : willing to forbide to make a link to a public information would be in fact willing to forbide to certain people to talk about a public subject ! Jean-Pierre PETIT do confirm this on the home page of his website which reads (translation) : septembre the 14th 2002 : the webmaster of this site authorize other webmasters of other sites to create links pointing to its own files. (note that he would anyway be unable to forbide what is legally allowed...) |
